BA (Hons), MArch, MA
David Michels is a Luxembourg-based architect and urban planner with over fifteen years of professional experience in architectural design and spatial planning. He obtained a BA (Hons) in Architecture from the University of Greenwich, London, in 2004, followed by the French State Diploma in Architecture (Diplôme d’État d’Architecte) from the École d’Architecture Paris-Val-de-Seine in 2008. In 2009, he completed a Research Master’s degree in Spatial Planning, Prospective Innovation and Sustainable Development at Paris-Sorbonne University. Established in Luxembourg since 2010, he founded his practice with a design-led, context-driven approach focused on conceptual clarity, material sensitivity and durable architectural quality.
Alongside his architectural practice, he acts as an independent real estate expert, advising private clients and institutions on property value and asset potential. A court-appointed sworn expert before the Luxembourg High Court of Justice, he undertakes property valuation and real estate expert assignments with an independent, evidence-based approach aligned with internationally recognised valuation principles, supporting clear, reliable and informed decision-making.
